OUR GOAL, OUR MISSION

In November 2000, ROME was founded to provide an opportunity for girls to play lacrosse on an elite club team. Our founding principle was to provide an opportunity for girls to develop elite skills in an environment that honored the beauty of the game of lacrosse.  This guiding principle has served us well as ROME has developed into a club where excellence is the reward of hard work; friendship and fun is its natural by product.

 The reality of ROME is that we are an Elite team and want to stay that way.  With great pride we have watched as our girls move on from ROME and are now playing at or headed to the elite academic and lacrosse schools in the country.  We want all our teams to grow into stable, strong teams that are a joy to play on and a pleasure to watch.  We want to see college recruiters lined up on the sidelines watching our girls play.  We want to play the best, beat the best, and be the best.
